Catering
ACS strives to provide the most comfortable standard of living possible within the constraints of the budget and the realities of the remote locations where they are based. Central to this is the provision of high quality, cost effective and nutrionally balanced meals.
Camps contain both mess and catering areas. Kitchens have state of the art equipment and ensure that hot meals are provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner and that there are always varied meal options. Packed meals are provided when required. All meals are prepared by cooks who are all highly trained, many of whom have had experience in the luxury tourist industry.
